bucket seat bottom 190 vs 300

I have the tan MB tex front buckets in my 190D. The material on the driver's bottom was a bit cracked so I removed the seats and swapped the passenger's bottom with the driver's. I'd like to replace cracked one. Will the seat bottom from the same era 300 series fit or do I have to find a 190 as they look the same?

Also, are the window motors and the grill insert the same between these cars? Are there any other goodies to grab from a 300 that I can use on a 190?

I believe the 190 seats are a bit narrower.

There is really nothing compatable between the 2 chassis. maybe the wheels?

I have a nice set of 190 seats from a 92 I saved from one in PNP. couldn`t see them getting crushed with the car. I also have the back rest part of the rear seat, some idiot cut the bottom part with a knife. I have had them wrapped in plastic out in the shop for a year. be nice if they would fit my 240.
