OK, where does this check valve go?

I thought this check valve (Mercedes part #123-800-00-78 the Merc part is white and black, Fastlane part is Blue and black in color; link to FastLane part number shown below) went somewhere under the dash. I've looked with my flash light and can't seem to locate it. any ideas where it goes?
