W123 hand primer pump: not compatible with biodiesel?
I currently have the old screw style pump on my 300D. i noticed today when changing a fuel filter it's leaky so i'm going to replace it, but the new bosch pumps say they're not compatible with biodiesel. are there some internal seals that will break down or something? would it just necessitate replacing every 5 years?
i run blends anywhere from B20 to B100

I ran my '85 300D-T (which has the new pump from the factory) on B100 for at least a couple of years, until it got too expensive and I switched to B20. Nary a leak from the pump. Everything else was switched to Viton, of course.

The below info is for the real Bosch New Style Hand Primer. Febi and some other make compies so there is no telling what is inside of them. I have also read that there is counterfit Bosch Parts in the Market Place.
