Hi guys.....stupid question, but which side of the clutch disc faces the flywheel? I know stupid question, I'm brain dead from my biochemistry exam and calculus exam! Is it the flat or raised side? Thanks in advance

The "flat" side towards the flywheel and the "raised" faces towards the pressure plate.

LOL, your not the first to wonder that, I remember looking high and low for a pic to try and figure that out. Same thing with, "which way does that cam sprocket go back on?"

The conversion is coming along slowly, i have a few set backs in regards to the drive shaft and radiator.

I guess the only shop in oregon that has the correct flange adapters to balance the shaft is located in Portland. When i spoke with the guy, he said that he would not even attempt to shorten and balanced a used shaft! he would only do so if i bought a 700 dollar rebuilt shaft, from them of coarse...sounds like a scam to me. i have already rebuilt the both front and rear shafts. so, i guess i need to call them back and ask if they will do the work on one i rebuilt.
