Could be simple like a bushing worn on the belt tensioner shock absorber. Take a stick, (like a broom handle in diameter), and push the shock laterally while the engine is running. This will take out the slack on the shock bushing if it is worn. Usually that knocking noise will go away as engine speed increases if its the shock.

Your video only demo's idle speed. If the knock increases in intensity with engine speed it could be more serious.

It comes from back part of the engine.
I thought it was the shock absorber but its not. When i rev it goes away, it does it when its idle.

Sounds like a sticky lifter. Sort of a "luck, luck luck" sound right? Mine makes that sound off and on. Usually a good hard run or two will clear it up. My car had a lot of "life of leisure" problems when I bought it because the previous owner was too easy on it.
