(I guess 7,8,9 ports)

according the old post from techguy512

pin 9 is input from sensor
pin 8 is sensor return (gnd)
pin 7 is sensor cable shield

pin 8-9 80 ohms (+/- 20 ohms)
pin 7-9 infinity (open)
pin 7-8 infinity (open)


red is positive port 9
yellow is shield port 7
black is negative port 8

in the even oldr post by OldPokey diagram states

pin 9 is input from sensor
pin 7 is sensor return (gnd)
pin 8 is sensor cable shield

but I suppose as those two (7,8) are grounded together it does't metter ...??

Brown is ground. Black is power for the amp and tachometer. Green is RPM signal output.

colors you describe are on wires going to cabin....mine are from sensor
