87 300D - fuse for central locking

I would like to disable the vacuum pump for the CL. The hoses are trashed - I *may* brave myself fixing that down the road, but for now I would like to either pull the fuse for it, or disable the vacuum system otherwise. The reason is every time either door is locked/unlocked, that thing will stay on trying to build vacuum until it will self-cancel, and I dont want to ruin a good pump by running it constantly.

I tried to remove the back seat cushion - is there a trick to it? There is a tab hanging from the bottom lip but it wouldnt budge no matter of the amount of tugging
