Just as the title states, I am buying some remanufactured Bosch injectors for my 1979 240D. They are just under 200.00 for the four after the core charge is returned.

My question is (and I know this question is vendor specific), do the injectors come pop tested and balanced straight outta the box. I imagine they should, people surely are not expected to test pressure before installation.

The vendor I am buying them from is the auto haus in AZ

If anyone has any leads on where I can get them cheaper, have bought injectors from this vendor, please chime in...

They were indeed pop tested. However, I would expect that they are balanced to to a wider range of pressures than if a private shop did them.

There was an several year old thead posted by a guy who worked in a Fuel Injection Shop. He said that the rebuilt Nozzles that you get from the Dealership in the Mercedes Box are balanced better than the generic type NA34X types.

But both are going to have the made in India Nozzles.
