The Klima relay.
It senses the rpm of the compressor and compares it to engine rpm. If there is a discrepancy it shuts down the compressor and it will not start again until the Klima is power cycled. It does this to save the belt if the compressor is dragging. When the compressor is started it waits 10 seconds to start the comparison. If it is not satisfied at the end of 10 seconds it shuts down. I think I know where you might know where to find a replacement compressor tach sensor...
