After replacing the UCA, tierods and ball joints on the 300D, I have play in the steering but only on the right side. Im sure the adjustment bolt in the steering box hasnt been touched. What can cause this? tires? coupler? I just had an alignment.

I tested the idler arm before i put in the new parts. I didnt feel any play. Will i need another alignment if i replace the bushings?

probably. it may be the arm, but it could equally be tie rod ends... if only the right side is loose, it's something only on that side.
