Question 190D running rough after idling smooth.

The 190D has a strange behavior. It runs rough, similar to a cold start, after idling smooth for about 2-3 minutes. Engine is at temperature so it is a bit puzzling. I press the pedal and it goes away. It also runs rough at warm start, i.e. if I shut off the engine after a long drive for a few minutes then it will run rough again. I press the pedal and it goes away also.

It does not seem to be an air leak as I put a bottle of diesel in the hood and it is the same. Car has 237K miles and the injectors are original. Could it be the injectors? Primary and secondary filters have been changed.

Any ideas?

I have a different Engine but I had that hot Engine Shakes.

On mine a Valve Adustment and rebuilding the Injectors took away most of the shaking.

Motor and Transmission mounts and the Rack Damper Pin fixed the rest.
