The sunroof question I have seen asked but never really understood the answer. My 80 300SD works but slowly and I must "help" it. How to remove panel and oil??? or whatever is needed to parts.

The second is that my heater blower is dead (no big deal in Las Vegas), but also the AC does not work. Assuming the worst (the AC never worked that I recall) can anyone offer a ballpark amount of money to get this to work? I love the car but somewhere it isn't worth it.
