I am in need of doing a complete refresh of the copper crush washers for my fuel system and the oil filter housing. So my question is

What is the size of the crush washer for the center tube for the oil filter

Pelican lists this "12 X 15.5 X 1.5 mm" crush washer for the fuel lines from the filter to the pump (bajo fittings)

Are these correct? I just dont trust the catalog.

See the pictures for the actual part numbers. But the oil filter crush washer is 14x20x1.5.

For the banjo bolts, there appears to be two sizes (see pic). One is 10x14x1 and the other is the 12x15.5x1.5 that you already knew about. Hopefully something there is useful.
