92 300D RUNABILITY QUESTIONS

Greetings

I have a 92 300D 2.5 turbo. At times it will run amazing and at other times there is some engine vibration, the engne vibration is accompanied by a choo choo type sound and I can see what looks like compressed air shooting out of the injector area of cyl 4. I should also mentioin that there is an injector leak on that cyl as well as cyl 2.
My questions are, how does this injector seal at the head, is it just the heat shield ring at the bottom or is there more to it. Additonally could the compressed air shootng out of that injector area be from the injector or seal or do I have a more serious problem? Like a pre chamber issue.
Additionally the vibration does not exactly feel like a misfire but just runs harsher.
All answers andsuggestions welcome.. Please help

Likely a lose injector or poorly sealing heat shield washer. Could also be a loose pre-chamber, but that is less likely. I'd pull it all out and re-install with new crush washer and torque properly and see what happens.
