OM603 formed fuel hose replacements?

The OM603 fuel lines from the fuel thermostat to the heater and from the thermostat to the lift pump are clearly formed hoses but Benz EPC does not list individual hoses for these anymore, only bulk replacements. The curved hoses are kind of necessary because of the proximity of the engine mount. And actually I"m not sure how one would install regular hose as a replacement. How have others handled this situation given that formed hoses are not available? I need to replace the hose from the thermostat to the heater pipe, which might be ok with regular hose, but the hose from the thermostat to the lift pump looks like it would be difficult with regular hose. Thanks Steve A

small contribution

I double checked the EPC for my OM603 300TD, and perhaps there is one of those hoses available. In the attached image, the one between the thermostat and pump has a unique part number (6020780081). I looked that up, and it is supposedly available for $8.75 from the dealer. But it also says "to be adapted during assembly", so not sure what exactly your $8.75 would buy you.

Sorry to not have any better suggestions.

My 1987 300TD wagon was sold and my 2003 W210 E320 wagon was totaled (sheds tear).

Now I feel like an idiot. I went back to EPC after you posted your pic and rather than consider the '700' label I looked more closely at the part numbers and there are different hoses available with different part numbers. There is one hose that can come from bulk but the rest are listed as unique, so that answers the question. I just assumed that because all the hoses were labeled as 700 in the picture they were all sourced now from bulk, but they are not.

Thanks for posting that, otherwise I would have not gone back for a closer look.

I used bulk to replace the two lines from the thermostat to the heat exchanger pipes, that saved some expense, one of those was allegedly a formed hose for $17.50 from the dealer. That one really didn't need to be formed. There is one that will have to be purchased from the dealer though, the one from the thermostat to the lift pump. The bends are so tight and there are a couple of obstructions, I don't see any way around it. That one is also $17.50 dealer msrp. Thanks steve
