Remote Start won't work on my car....93 300D

I have a 93 300D, i recently installed an alarm system, a Viper with Remote Start. The Remote Start will not work on my car, it will crank the engine, however, without the key in the ignition, there is no fuel going into the engine. Is there anything out there that i can run to my alarm that will open this vaccuum...has anyone else ever tried to put a Remote Start on a 300D??

Thanks in advance...

Lightbulb Cheetah Remote! Diesels?

I was watching this item on Ebay a couple of weeks back but I could never find out anymore about it and ended up passing on it. It was a remote starter supposedly with the "Cheetah" brand name. It's listing specifically mentioned diesel cars with auto trannys. The description was fairly complete about the capabilities but did not specifically list a glow delay. I asked the seller about a glow delay but they couldn't provide any answer about it. I tried a couple generic searches of the net but couldn't find anthing relavent. But it intriged me and I've been on the lookout since, if I ever find anything I'll be sure to post it here! I know this isn't much help but I thought that it could keep the hope alive!

I searched for it back in my email and you can still pull the auction upand check it out!

I am not worried about the Delay for the Glow Plugs...that was taken into effect when the alarm was installed. My problem is this...my car...along with most other Mercedes...has this thing...when the key is in the ignition and in the on position, a vacuum opens to allow fuel to run to the engine, when the key is put to the off position, the vacuum closes...thus cutting off the engine, you may have noticed a lever on your engine that says STOP...when the engine is running and the key is in the ignition, you can cut off the engine with this LEVER...I need to find something that I can wire to my alarm that when the REMOTE START is triggered, to open this vacuum and have the fuel flow into the egine....

Thanks....
