Best Craigslist Ad Ever
It is almost like he is trying to sell my car for me!
1982 Mercedes 240D Lowrider 1982 Mercedes 240D Lowrider - $2200 (Everything Euro) I knew you would click on this ad...but should you have? Are you badass enough to drive this car? It takes a guy that's secure in his manhood to drive a car this slow. Slow and low...that is the tempo. This is a 1982 Mercedes Benz 240D. What's the "D" stand for you ask? "Dynomite!" It could stand for other things...we all know ladies love the "D!" This car runs on diesel, fuel forged from the earth...that's what man cars drink! The Benz features custom springs to bring it closer to the ground for that badass lowrider look. The front shocks have been replaced to ensure that it doesn't get too close. A new throttle bushing helps deliver fuel when you mash the go pedal and new rear axles get the rear wheels turning. A new Kenwood stereo and Pioneer speakers front and rear provide the cruising tunes. This car does need a little work. It'll need tires soon, but with 14" wheels, they're not very expensive. The windshield is cracked, so it'll need that too...or you could just kick it out and wear a helmet or goggles. A classic like this takes a special driver. If you want a car with comforts, this isn't the car for you. If you want a car that has air conditioning, carpet, an engine that shuts off with the key, shiny paint, or a headliner... maybe you can find a nice used Camry or a minivan or something. Asking price is $2200.00 or will consider trade for running or near running 1960s Volkswagen.

That's pretty danged sexist of you! It's not just women who love the "D"! Some of us guys cherish saving the dollars also! Economy is what driving the diesels are all about!

My friend told me his 240D goes 0-60mph... never with a time frame attached, just, 0-60mph.

Hey can anyone make out what is to the left of the MB star on the trunk, or rear window. I would bet something along the line of Diesel, what men cars drink, ladies love the "D" or the EXECUTIVE tag on the front, funny. A little bit of false advertising though the add reads everything euro, no euro head lights or bumper.
