Can you post a video that would show the noise? I bet if we could hear it then we could nail it down.

Can you [post a video? A $12 0-15 psi gauge might save a lot of grief here. What is the condition of the alda/overboost vacuum line circuit? Plugged alda yields 0 boost and no power. Id see what your boost numbers are before anything but that's just me.
