I'm gonna have to stop by and check out your new toy. BTW, thanks for the second oil cooler - da benz didn't miss a beat (or leak) down to Ft Myers and back while doing about 80 :D

when you come by, you won't recognize my yard... I've been moving a LOT of things around today. I think I'll pour a concrete pad for new years... I may lay some heat pipes in it for comfort... and to speed dry time in the winter...

I think it's NOT my fault that the car overheated and blew it's head gasket.
I think, in all actuality, My car has gotten jealous about all the time I'm spending on her twin... she's jealous that the "new car" has prettier paint, has better seats, and NOW I'm spending all my time with "HER" changing the transmission!!!

Do you think the head gasket failure was caused from losing the coolant and over heating? Or do you think the head gasket failure caused the loss of coolant?

I don't know for sure but I do know the low coolant light will be hooked to a buzzing alarm when I'm done!!!

You're welcome! He also has one for oil pressure if you want to add that to the sticky list.
