75 w115 300d heat side vents only

Hey all I hate to be that guy but i've researched a lot already and well, tired of being cold.

Back story.
It's an ac equipped car. Heat comes through vents good at speed. I just replaced the thermostat. I just realized the AC fan was blowing and not the heater fan. Played around a little and now I have a good heater fan. Thank god for that, it turned on no noises or anything.

So now...I have heat at idle which i didn't before. But cold air is still coming from the center vents. Any tips for me? Hopefully i can just remove the glove box or something and access a stupid little vacuum pod.
