Hi Guys again
I bought motor mounts for my 82 300sd from ebay put them on they seem to flaten out still buzzing quick vibration. Picked up mounts at autozone looked like the same mount put them on worked for a day vibration back . I notices the rubber seems to soft . Is this the mount or something else ? Where should I buy mount from? Thanks Greg

Search urethane filled motor mounts. Your experience is exactly why this is done on MB motor mounts.

Only buy Lemforder or Phoenix brand mounts!

Everything else is junk....

Also replace the trans mount..

Phoenix=Lemförder/Lemfoerder/Lemforder=Genuine Mercedes all are made in Turkey.

The ones from the Mercedes Dealer are like $150+ each. I believe the Lemförder/Lemfoerder/Lemforder Motor Mounts are still between $26 and $30 each plus shipping.
The Lemförder/Lemfoerder/Lemforder Mounts have the Phoenix Logo on them the Mercedes Part Number and the place where the Mercedes Star would be sanded off.

Can confirm. Lemforder mounts are OEM mounts. Same markings as the originals in my 300SD. Very affordable mounts.

I have not been able to found a Lemforder branded transmission mount though. I ended up with Meyle..so we'll see how that goes.
