93 300SE interior into 87 300d?
First post and I'm sure it's dumb. I need a complete brown interior for my 87 300 turbo diesel. I've been looking for 6 months and found a 93 300 se. I guess my car is a w124 and the car in question is a w112. Even though it's a 300 too. Yes, I am confused.
Any chance these parts are interchangeable? Seats, door panels, carpet? If anyone has the correct parts I would be interested. I'm in Oregon but could drive 5-800 miles for them. Thank you. |

Quote:
2) The car in question would be a W140 if it looks like this... ...or a W126 if it looks like this. 3) The "300" references the engine size -- 3 Liters. The 300SE is gasoline -- hence the E -- and the 300D is a diesel, hence the D. There are some exceptions to this rule, such as the 190-series, but it's pretty universal.
