190D Brake Maste Cylinder options- Bendix or ATE?
I know ATE is OE on this car but it is also $260 while Bendix, a OE brand for other models, is $150. Should I be fine putting a Bendix MC in my car?

Both are OE. MB has used both brands interchangeably for many years.
I have cars that have ATE master cylinders and a full set of bendix calipers...it really makes no difference. I will admit most master cylinders I've seen are ATE.

When the MC on my 123 went out about a year ago I took a chance on the ultra cheap made in Italy Metalli one. So far so good.
