More injector questions

I just got my injector pop-tester and monark rebuild kit from Mercedes Source I have two sets of injectors, the one set is manufactured in India and where crap right out of the box, Brand new, rough idle, smoke and nailing, I yanked those right out and put the old ones back in. The other set are OEM bosch with a qazillion miles on them but they were working, a lot less nailing, less rough idle but a bit more smoke. which should I rebuild? I'm leaning towards the Bosch ones, I thinking the Mumbai paperweights might have something going on that a rebuild isn't going to fix.

I would check both sets on the tester first, just to see what they're doing, then go from there
