OM602 camshaft maybe?

I still have that damn tick/clack in my 93 300D, changed the injectors and Poppets and flushed everything. There is no smoke, easy start , acceleration 0-60 in 12. mileage 27-30 miles per gal. anybody have a cam go south on them?
