Need a part number

Can someone please provide me with a part number for the breather hose for my 84 300SD? I can only seem to find a flat looking piece, not a plastic hose.

Alternatively, is this something I may be able to replace using rubber hose from an auto parts store?

I know this is old, but that hose is on backwards in the photo. The end with the clamp goes on the valve cover, the other end fits the hole at the air cleaner.

The flat hose is superior (internal baffles and crosses the cam cover) to the factory set up, as it doesn't follow the cam cover.

However, your pic shows a similar set up.
