Apparently Pelican wants to sell you complete tie rod assemblies. Fortunately they aren't expensive:

These are sites I use to look up parts and they are in no order of preference and I have never bought Parts from any of the sites and do not recommend to do so.

If you look in the Mercedes Service Manual you will find that what the manual calls the Part, what even the offical Mercedes parts sites and more so on the various other Parts Sellers are sometimes going to differ.

In the Service Manual it appears partly to be an issue of translation which is why some of the Instructions are hard to understand.

I worked at a front end shop in my early mechanicing experience...
and I recommend you replace everything you can afford to replace while you are under there...
If you don't then ' aligning the front end ' afterwards will pretty much just be ' setting the toe in '.....
Those things close to needing replacing right now... will continue to go south..and your tires will suffer...
This is a good time to mention that in the chassis manual... there are two for the 123... it shows the Normal wheel wear pattern.... which... if you are used to reading ' normal ' automobile tires for wear... will appear NOT NORMAL....

It's that thingy that goes in between the tie rods. Considering the price you may as well change that too.
