D.I.N. Common Hardware Sizes

I was for the Mercedes' horn screws, and thinking when I do order, be good to get a few other bits to make shipping worth it. I know the M8 is common, but what other specifications? Course or fine? Length? Any other sizes?

Anyone happen to know the size of the screws for the dash panels? Tomorrow hope to have time to check the E.P.C., but be nice if someone just knew. Always seem to loose one or two, so figure be good to have.

In short, sick of not having what I need on hand.

Thank y'all in advance for the help!

I would just buy an assortment kit of metric size screws in various lengths. M4,M5,M6 with washers and nut should cover most of the uses on these cars.

At the same time I recommend purchasing something like this:

Grip Magnetic Parts Tray Set — 3-Pc., Model# 67456 | Magnets| Northern Tool + Equipment

These things are fantastic for stopping the constant loss of hardware.
