acc servo not working, second amp...

I replaced my servo and amp with used eBay parts and it worked for a few hours then intermittent then stopped. Got another amp and still not working. Water pump was really gunned up so bought a new one, it might have fried my first amp, any way to test my servo with jumpers to 12 v ?
