W201 190D IP access

My 190D 2.5 NA is going back together. Some of the IP outlets are not fueling when I turn the motor over. I suspect stuck elements.

Are the elements accessible to lubricate or press on messing up the pump calibration?

I have a spare on the parts car if needed instead.

Access to delivery valves looks like special tools only.

Uneeded anyways. Fueled and fired progressively from 5 to 1, lots of cranking. Remember to leave the lines loose on the injectors so the air is bled out.
