Clearing Your Squirters Fast!

I went to Lowe's and bought a "drain cleaning bladder", the 1.5-3 inch size, for $11.00.

I cut it with a razor blade as you can see in the photo, using one of the ribs as a guide to make a straight cut.

I screwed it on a garden hose, put the cup over the clogged squirter and had my Fearless Helper turn on the water. Within seconds, the water was squirting out the other squirter. I repeated the process on the other squirter.

I now have 4 strong jetstreams washing the windshield from the two squirters, instead of one and a half wimpy streams. No messing around under the hood disconnecting hoses, etc.

A fast, simple, cheap fix.
