I connect my phone via 3.5mm plug in the glove compartment. Seems to work fine both for calls and music.

The 211 is the larger car. It is longer, wider, taller, and has a longer wheelbase. Perhaps your neighbor is taller than your wife?

I need to find the plug. I have back issue's these days and have yet to look through the car.
By the way I should have mentioned that on drivers side "b" pulled the upholstery is worn/torn frm the seatbelt wear. Looks like very cheap material.

On mine it's in the middle of the top of the glove compartment. I assume that all have it but perhaps not.

OK thanks for the tip. I have a Bosch on mine at the moment...
I use the bragin basement bosh one on mine and find its the best. It's one of the older sake metal frame type wipers. All the plastic "reflex" style ones seem to hop and chatter with a mono wiper...

Hi Shertx braved (back issue's) and looked up the glove box. Yes it is there. I use an Android phone. So what kind of cable you use? Is it a USB to 3.5 mm cable looks like my phone has a 3.5 mm plug n the top to use it for playing music. Thanks

The dynamic seats on my '05 could not be improved. There is no way a w210 has comparable seats.

I love the look of the monowiper. It's really cool. However, dual wipers is much better design. The wipers on my brother's W116 work much better than the ones on my W201s.

I don't have any chatter with my wiper and I am using a Michelin Stealth blade which is a hybrid between the old and new style blades. $11 at Walmart, or I paid $2 for it in closeout at Northern. I had a RainX Laditude on my 190D and it was okay, just costs more.

It's just the wiper is not fast enough. I mean to put rainx or Aquapel on the windshield at some point here because I find that works better than wipers.

Never drove a W210 but really like the dynamic seats in W211.

Joe,

Open the glovebox door, and look closely at the area surrounding the latch at the center, top, of the opening.

It's a small female coupling, but it's bright metal against a black flocking.

Same material as the headliner.

Mine was abraided and my upholstery shop recovered the b pillar for a nominal fee. I think the wear happens when you use the auto seat feature, you know, the one where the seat fully retracts for "ease" of getting in/out of the car.

Actually.... Dynamic seats were an option on the W210.
