Has anyone swapped seats from another make of car into a w123 (or any Mercedes)?

I am right now driving a non-Mercedes winter car with firmer seats than my w123, and have been a bit surprised by how much the seats improve the feel of my lower back. I have chronic lower and mid-back problems, and am 6 ft 4 ins tall. My w123 seats I would rate as good to very good... not like they are in need of a rebuild yet.

I am thinking specifically about Volvo seats, from the V70/XC70 line of models, 2001-up. These are in junkyards everywhere now... and they have insanely comfortable and back-friendly front seats. Volvo seats have had orthopedic design , to some extent, since the late 60s.

Anyone done something like this?
