How does the PickNPull work? No one answers at either the Newark or Fairfield PnP's. Can you pull a truck right up next to the vehicle your picking from? Do I need to bring a cart or something to haul my tools and swag? Do they provide carts??

Any enlightenment appreciated - I'd like to be prepared.
