Good afternoon all


I purchased a 1999 Mercedes E300 with 230,000 miles. There are two issues I want to tackle:

1. The windows work intermittently. They seem to have the same response from the center console master swithches and the door switches. I was told by the previous owner the problem had predicted for some time. Are there any suggestion of where to start?

2. The glow plug could light stays on when the car is being operated. It does cut off during the glow/ starting cycle, but comes in once the car is running. Any suggestions?
