Mercedes 722.3 shudder when going approx. 1st to 2nd

I have a shudder, feels like in the drive line right under me, approximately when going 1st to 2nd, roughly 15-20 mph. it goes away above 20.

I am thinking I'll start with

- center support
- transmission mount
- front flex disk

I'll probably do the center support with the bearing, it's probably original.

Any other areas you guys think I should look at?

Did the shudder start after you changed the engine mounts?

It's complicated )) I changed the mounts 8 years ago but then the car sat for 8 years while I was fixing the transmission.

I climbed under there just now. The center support rubber piece is gone.

Which way does the "flange nut" on the driveshaft loosen?
I know lefty loosey etc but need it have to unscrew from the front half to loosen? Or vice versa?
