love this car. seems like it was kept in a museum.

Yes, they are great cars. I haven't really gotten to enjoy my 2.5 diesel yet. I had an 87 300D that I drove for about 15,000 miles and it was a pleasure after I replaced the the struts and swaybar bushings. Almost as smooth as my W210s.
