How do you replace W124 spider light in dash?

I'm changing out my bulbs on the dash area and need to find out how to get to the 'spider' bulb; the one bulb that lights up a few push buttons? I have all the stuff out to get to the other bulbs that light up the climate control. It's the spider bulb I want to get to now.

Thanks,

jeff

They did not use the spider in the W124. Each switch has an individual LED backlight.

If not a 'spider' light, then.......

If not a spider light, then it's something else. I have 2 separate bulbs with tape over them. Those are easy enough to spot and change out (use a 1/4" rubber hose over the ends to pull them out). But there's another one above those in the lineup of where the emergency switch is. That's the bulb that's causing me problems getting to.

That is probably the illumination for the air flap control wheel in the center vents. There are no other incandescent bulbs in that area.

Every switch in the switch group has its own internal amber LEDs for night illumination. Hazard switch has a brighter LED for making it blink when active.
