I use Bosch from their Indian plant, no problems on two vehicles so far - if interested can dig out direct links.

The company is called Indian Machine Tools - have a quick search on here using 'Indian Machine' as a few threads contain some info - example below.

http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/384182-fuel-injectors.html

I had a few dealings with the company over several years, always found them to be reliable and straightforward.

They have an ebay shop also, you can ask for items to be posted up as a listing which gives some buyer protection.

If doing this yourself you will probably need shims too, have you tried messaging 'greazzer' from this forum?

What nozzles did you end up with. I am also in need and came across the Firad nozzles on my quest for Monarks. They do make Monarks for the OM606, but they seem to be unobtainium in the states.

I've got those exact nozzles from that exact site in my OM617, they are a teeny bit bigger than the factory 617 nozzles, I've probably put 5-10k on them so far, the car runs amazing with them, I shimmed them to pop just a hair on the high side (50-100psi above the spec), they've settled in nicely and quieted down a lot, the first 50 miles or so they were really noisy, very pronounced "diesel clatter", but now they are smooth as butter, and gave me a nice bump in low end power.

on an OM606, they should make a nice stock replacement.

After not being able to find Monark, I recently purchased a few sets of Firad nozzles from Europe for the OM606 non turbo engine in my 95 E300D. Part number DN0SD310 I believe. If anyone has trouble obtaining them PM me. Just want my cost of purchasing and shipping covered. I could ship them to Greazzer if you're having him rebuild your nozzles ( assuming that's ok with him ). I think I have 4 extra sets. I ordered the extras in case any other members were having trouble getting ?good? nozzles.

I just sent a set of injectors and Firad nozzles to Greazzer this morning. Postage, testing, rebuilding, insurance ($500) was about $164. Injectors were India rebuilt Bosch units.

I'd recommend Bosio nozzles over the other brands, definitely over Bosch india.
