It has been suggested that a Row 52 thread be started much like the Craigslist thread. Hopefully I am doing this correctly.

Row 52 reports this morning there is a 1980 300SD located at the PicknPull Auto Wrecking yard in Merced, CA, Row 26, Medium blue in color, the car appears to be complete.

Row 52 reports this morning there is a 1981 300TD wagon at the PicknPull Auto Wrecking yard in Fresno, CA, Row 95. Medium blue in color, the car appears to be complete, minus the grill and wheels.

There is a 300SDL and 560 SEL in Rancho Cordova. The SDL is pretty nasty, although I did pull an almost new #22 head from it. The 560 has a decent blue interior.

It would also be a really good idea to list web sites of u pull salvage yards by state.

I still think that Row 52 is a salvage yard for alien space ships scrapped by Area 51.

Row 52 reports this morning there is a 1984 300D (teal in color) and a 1984 300CD (white in color) located at the PullnSave Auto wrecking yard located in Phoenix Arizona. Both cars appear to be complete.

Nashville Pull A Part - 82 300SD waiting for someone to buy the whole car when the lot hires a licensed salesman or grab parts if/when no one buys it whole.

They should be able to sell the car to another dealer even if they don't have a salesman.

I was going to check this one out (last week, before I saw this post) but it was gone. Was surprised to see it move so fast.

Nov. 9 2019 Car has a decent looking engine. Observed. No odometer.
Hood, trunk lid maybe front grill still there.

Dash etc stripped, lights stripped.
Seats not so good. has so so sunshades (tan color).
Has doors.
driver side front fender hit.
bumpers maybe ok.

side mirrors have frame cracks.

I think I saw it back then. Sometimes they don't post correct row info.

I don't recall it being much to look at...:mad:

There is a w140 350SD in Stockton Pick-n-pull, the turbo is very dead and I made a stupid mistake trying to pull the head and ruined it, but the whole exhaust manifold is there and in usable condition if anyone needs one.

Nate reports there's a white 1979 240D in Monrovia LKQ with a replacement engine from Mercedes ~ I don't know how old it is but it's *very* clean .

Row 1-45 space 1 .

The car is scruffy looking, seeing the complete un touched replacement engine was a surprise .

The last time I bought a complete LKQ engine it was $250 fan to clutch including all accessories , an inline Chevy 6 cylinder .

Who knows what they charge now .
