Remove EGR then what??

I've been able to find information on why and how to remove the EGR on my 1986 300SDL but I couldn't find anything on what to do after. It seems there are vacuum hoses running over to the IP. Do I just block the connector going from VP to EGR and the one going form EGR to ALDA/IP (I can't remember exactly where it was going/maybe I'm completely wrong)? Will removing the EGR and plugging those spots alter the function of any other vacuum components? I'm just trying to get a better understanding of everything.

Also, any recommendations on delete kits? I have found some but the posts are a bit dated. Anyone have a modern preference? Will the kit for 616/7 work just fine? Thank you for viewing. All suggestions are welcome.

Thank you for being such an awesome community of enthusiast and experts.

You can get rid of the entire vacuum system on the right side of engine (left if looking under hood). The vacuum transducers and all that BS by the airbox are for turbo recirculation and EGR only. You can get rid of the airbox and airbox flapper/flow meter too as it’s only function is EGR as well.
