602 exhaust full of oil

I see to have a seal that has failled in the turbo. This would be the Garrett T25. How does one tell which turbo rebuild kit should be purchased. Some ask if it is a dynamic seal or a carbon seal. Some kits are $30 some are $140. I just am looking into this any help is welcome.
