Just sharing an enjoyable diesel experience
Made the 150 mile round trip from NJ to our distribution center in Baltimore this week in the 300D. I usually take a Nissan Altima rental.
These cars really love the open road. 75mph, AC running cold, Becker Europa blaring talk radio, my $50 drinkholders.com zebrano wood cupholder filled with a tall diet coke, and a pack, or two of cigarettes. It doesn't get any better than this. These cars are soooooooooo great. JCD

Its good that you enjoyed that one!
Just wanted to ask what mileage do you get out of that car. Enjoy your drive!

ALWAYS.........................
I always get just about dead on 25 mpg. This is true on the highway, in town, commuting, stop and go traffic, whatever.
The nice thing was that diesel was $1.21 per gallon on the NJ turnpike. JCD

I think the turbos ususally do a little better, although I'm not sure exactly why...Maybe you have to floor it a little less often with the turbo?
