Head Light ?

I just returned from a Great trip out in Arizona & New Mexico, “Beautiful Country”
the wife and I took our 85 300Sd out for its first road trip 3800 miles in 21 days.

I want to give a Big Shout Out too KRIS ROSE for the fantastic job on the cluster and to Mark for the Top Notch job on my injectors, Thanks Guys!!
Car did 30 plus to gallon and flew over those mountains like they were nothin.

Now I know this car is worth putting more into after this trip, it’s been a side project for the last 5 yrs since I have another daily driver to keep up with.

HEADLIGHTS: But getting back to my Question about headlights, on the way back about 250 miles from home my lights went almost dark. Left side has no low beam, right side has some low beam. So I had to run on my brights rest of the way in. So YES I do have the old Phillips rectangular lights.

What would be a Good Upgrade? Suggestions Please!

Depends on what caused the bulbs to dim. My experience with that generation is that it wasn't the bulbs, it was the sockets. You can replace them with generic ceramic sockets and get better service.
