Question about Diesel Run On

I'm now having a problem with Diesel Run On after I turn my 1978 300D off, it will run for about 20 seconds. I just took the trunk vaccum lock system off, could this be the causing the problem? Or what should I look for.

Thanks for you help,

u have Vacuum stop on IP, take off the hose and connect a vacuum suctioner and se if the vacuum stop leaks, if it leaks u will have to replace it otherwise check if there is vacuum in the hose when u īturn off on key!

try locking the drivers door.....

Then shutting the car off. This will tell if you have a vacuum leak in the locking system that is comprimising the engine shut off.

Fixed the problem. Since I took the vacuum lock off the trunk, all the air must of leaked out of the system to prevent the engine from shutting off. So I put something in the line to stop the air from leaking out tell I can get a new vacuum lock(Old one doesn't work).

Thanks for you help
