Still love my MB more...
My grand cherokee just got a new water pump. It's only a 94 and it needed a new water pump... As far as I know my 190 is still on its original.

I believe it. My 227K 300D's running more reliable than my mom's '94 Pontiac Grand Prix (which has 130K miles on it now and needs replacing badly).

My 20 year old (ok 19) TD still has it's original radiator hoses and exhaust system. The muffler is stamp 01/83. I don't know about the water pump.

Original exhaust?! WOW! Mine's on her 3rd!... well kinda. The front pipe looked original (which is what died). The resonator and muffler looked replaced. It was all rusted together, so I needed to get the whole thing replaced.

My 1979 300CD for a while was the most reliable vehical at my house, until the tourque converter went out a few months ago. It still has it's original hoses and exhaust. I think the majority of parts on it are still original.
