Whats this?
Sorry for the poor quality of the picture due to my digital not having a flash. But should at least help more than words. There looks to be a vacume connection on this part with nothing connected to it and wondering if it missing is affecting my accelaration performance. It is just above the injector pump on the drivers side of my '79 240D. If a vacume tube is to be connected to this, where does the other end go?
I am refering to the round item in the middle of the picture. The shiny stub coming out the bottom is the connection I am referring to.
