Windshield Wiper Halt
I've not found too much help with the search function in this area.
My wipers have slowed WAY down and frequently halt. I've also noticed that its an intermittant problem. Has anyone tackled this problem and how do you get to the wiper motors? Thanks for any advice, Don

I have been having a related problem on a 300D Turbo. Wipers work in both of the continuous modes, but will not return to "home" when turned off. The intermittent mode does not work at all. Where is the relay or timer located that provides the intermittent function, and what should provide the return to home function. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

I finally got to the bottom of my problem and thought I'd post this for future reference.
1. I had to remove the grill on the driver's side after popping off both wiper blades. The grill comes off by forcing the middle square peg downwards in the clips. 2. Next, I removed the cover plate (same metal and paint as the hood - sits between hood and windshield) 3. This gave me access to my wiper motor and linkage. 4. My problem was that the passenger side wiper linkage had rusted together thereby forcing the motor to work extra hard and it was beginning to bend stuff up in there. 5. Had to replace entire linkage as it all is pressed together. 6. $15 at local salvage yard. Don
