What is this??...

I think I found my vacuum leak:
There is one vacuum line coming from the EGR and one vacuum line emanating from the throttle linkage on top of the valve cover; they both go to separate little "nozzles" mounted to the left of the engine block, tucked down under the EGR. At any rate, the rubber connectors are TRASHED. They are overly flexible, gummy, cracked, probably due to the heat in that area.
P.S. right next to the 2 "nozzles" tucked under the EGR there is a small electrical line also which just pulls off.
1st: what are the nozzles from which the vacuum lines emanate and go 1 to the EGR and 1 to the throttle linkage?
2nd: where can I find the connector replacements? I've rigged it now using small diameter fuel line hose but I don't want to rely on that indefinitely.
thanks in advance for any assistance...
