mechanic overview of my 1993 300D, worth the 100 bucks??

i recently stopped at a place in central jersey and asked if they could go over my car and tell me what i need to replace, what i will need to replace soon, etc...
they told me $100 and they will look over the entire car...i doubt that they will get into it in much detail, as i would like, but is it worth it?

i know that my suspension may need some new parts, car has 95,000 miles on it, 35,000 on weitec springs, smaller pads, and koni shocks-struts...ride seems a bit rough...

also...my car only gets about 320 miles to the tank...VERY LOW for a deisel...i have been told that i have a bad injector...i doubt that one bad injector would cause such a low mileage on my car...

i have a couple of engine mods...if you can call them enging mods...i have a K&N air filter, and a no name muffler welded on right in place of the stock muffler, still have all the other OEM piping and such...whats the deal with that???

thanks in advance...
Mario
